Hello there!
I’m Deanne. I am a lover of life and the adventures that it has to offer. I am a Pharmacist by profession. A wife to my husband, Luigi and a mother to my son, Ignatius.
I celebrate my birthday every All Saints Day. And it may sound righteous, but my childhood dream was to become a Saint. This desire led me to start writing my journal at the age of 12.
I spent my prime years serving as a Lay Catholic Missionary for Couples for Christ. I was blessed to travel to various places in the country, experiencing different cultures and dealing with people from all walks of life.
I am passionate about living the best life by finding its meaning and fulfilling my purpose while I have the time to do so. My spirituality is deeply inspired by the Ignatian way of life which also helps me reflect more on the things that truly matter.
Ultimately, I started #DeeJourneyBeyond in 2018 because of a call I couldn’t resist and now this call continues to evolve as I walk through life. I am sharing my journey with the hope that it will somehow affect someone else’s journey in a good way. Still rooted in that same call of simply sharing Christ whenever and wherever.
Journey Beyond is not just a passion project but more of God’s project. A real journey of life from one season to another, going through transition after transition and everything in between. A journey of always looking beyond the present moment. Always certain that there is more to this life than to merely exist.
